Volunteering
There are lots of ways in which you can get involved. The amount of time you want to spend and the types of things you’d like to do is entirely up to you! We believe that it is important for you to enjoy what you do as a volunteer. Students, gap year individuals, job seekers and older people are warmly invited to participate. Opportunities for work experience are also available.
Ways of volunteering: Research and Internships There are two ways that you can help us with research. Researchers can help in producing materials and reports for the Tolerance Research Institute. Many students, professionals and others have helped us in preparing our materials. They have made valuable contributions to our reports, publicity materials, searches, translations, proofreading, photojournalism and formatting. Help raise funds Like all other non-profit organisations, TI-UK relies on the goodwill of its supporters. Some volunteers have recruited new members to TI-UK and raised one-off donations to help us meet the needs of the community. Help at events We hold meetings and seminars as well as fundraising events. You are most welcome to volunteer at these events in any way that you prefer. Raising awareness Many of the individuals who volunteer for TI-UK help with research and administration. Please call us on 0207 603 0062 to sort out a mutually suitable time for you.
